Merryweather

About ten years ago I was involved in restoring a 1977 MGB to use as a daily driver commuting machine.  One of my favorite parts sources was from an outfit called Classic Cars run by a gent named George Merryweather.  All of my dealings with George were quite satisfactory and I was impressed with his integrity. Retirement ended my need for a commuting car so I sold the B to a friend.

Imagine my surprise when I opened the October 2006 issue of the NEMGTR's TSO and saw an ad in the Cars & Spares section that talked about acquiring a 40 year accumulation of MGA, MGB, MGT and Pre-war parts.  Thousands of items located just NE of Dallas, Texas.  The seller is George Merryweather.

For photos see www.classicr.com or contact George at gmerryweather@verizon.com.

It's where I found the 'tublet' for the 53TD that I'm working on.

Don't let this stuff go to the landfill.  Please.  BTW, I have absolutely zero financial interest in this.  I just want to help keep Tcars on the road -- Bud Krueger
