Magazine collectors probably have specifics for defining condition, but I don't know what they are. In general, I'd say that these are in very good condition, except where noted. In virtually all cases, the cover is still attached to the magazine by all of the staples, is clean and untorn. A few are without covers and some covers have a small split from the top down to the first staple. There are 170 +/- magazines plus the 1973 Annual with 6/65 and 7/65 Car & Driver thrown in plus 8/65 Sports Car Graphic. The whole collection weighs about 100# and the magazines are in plastic sleeves.
